Unfortunately, the web design industry is infamous for trapping people with captive marketing. Working against common practice in the web design industry, Fireworks do not charge any exit fees. When your website is designed, you are the rightful owner of any intellectual property as is stated in the terms & conditions of our contracts. With regards to maintenance and updating, Fireworks are happy to make minor adjustments and updates for free. We will provide a quotation for any significant projects. However, you are not obligated to use us. You are free to accept a quotation from another web company and take off from where we finished.

Australian Owned And Operated
Fireworks is Australian owned and operated, with all of our production work carried out "in house". Although it is common for website companies to outsource to places like India or China, Fireworks does not outsource work to overseas countries. This means that your money stays in the country, helping the Australian economy. This also ensures that you receive a higher quality production that suits the Australian market in its visual appearance, topics of concern, spelling and grammar.

In House Expertise / Portfolio of Work

Custom Built Websites
We do not use templates! Fireworks custom build all of their websites and online systems unless “off the shelf” software is requested by the client. The advantage of custom building is that any small customization and future additions are possible. With “off the shelf” software, it can be difficult to get exactly what you want because the software is created with restrictions.

Qualifications
The designers and programmers that will be working on your project will be industry professionals who have achieved a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years industry experience. This combination of technical ability and experience ensures that your project is a success.

What if there are a number of things that you’re unhappy with after the website is setup? After the completion of a website, Fireworks provide a Quality Assurance document in which you can outline all the changes you would like to see made to the website. Fireworks allow you to request changes to the website. These changes are at no additional cost.

As a client of Fireworks you will have free access to a number of resources, such as Fireworks' collection of high quality stock photography images and photos. These extras will provide you with the resources that you need to effectively market your business.
